Anyone know if the glenmore or 17th overpass is accessible yet to launch poonton boats?

Yes it is. It's a bit of a walk. I was actually planning to go for a pontoon float on Sunday and launch from there

yeah i was down there last week heritage drive is open but the parking lot there is still closed to vehicles and whatnot .

i parked at the sears across the street and walked over its not that far
