Default Post-Hunting Season Public Meeting - Barrhead and Whitecourt

"Environment and Parks welcomes you to attend a post-hunting season meeting to discuss game management issues with local wildlife biologists and wildlife officers. As in previous years, we will discuss game population trends, proposed hunting regulation changes and wildlife management issues and concerns."

I edited my original post to add Whitecourt.

I haven't heard of any other meetings.

Hate to think the worse! My guess is they are going to introduce many changes this year like lower number of licenses, longer wait times to improve game management . Much like controlling gang shootings by going after hunters. Always pick the low hanging fruit!

*******WHITECOURT MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED******

"The venue has been damaged by a water main break, and the meeting cannot go ahead as planned.

This event will be rescheduled for some time in April."

Default hunting changes

I understand the Whitecourt meeting was resheduled. However what was presented at Barrhead meeting, anybody that attended do you wish to comment on highlights.
