I've heard great things about it as well, any idea of when it will be clear of ice?

By the campground where the creek comes in. If your going for walleye jigs work good but i cant tell ya what color works the best

Hey there life. We own 3 quarter sections of land between cynthia and evansburg and the pembina flows through one of them and also borders the home quarter. If your looking to fly fish i know a great spot on my property that holds some brook trout, greyling, and rockys. Another spot near the creek that is really good for walleye.

well let me know what you want to do. i have a cabin built on that end as well you are more than welcome to use. also if you have kids and they are into tubing you can put a tube in on the lower quarter and ride the river for about 3 hours and when you get out at the last bend your truck is only a 10 min walk from where you started. its pretty neat how the river goes around and basically comes back to the same spot

Redbone Raised are you ever a good Sh%!. I have never seen a kinder comment on the forum yet even though I have been on here a couple years. Redbone people like you deserve to catch the biggest fish or shoot the biggest buck out there you are a dying breed. Letting a guy use your cabin? Basically you are a good Sh%*. If I can help you in anyway please Pm me. I know some good whitey area's as well as moose and elk area's.
Cheers!!!

i couldnt tell ya. i havent been out fishing since b4 freeze up. they are pretty hardy fish tho. i guess the right presentation would catch them at any time of year. if your fly fishing i know that a wet fly carried a foot off the bottom works well for them pretty much all open season

WOW! I am impressed by your willing to let an unknown person stay in your cabin. I just might have to take you up on that

there always active...but there prime is in falll.
right now they would be keying in on the cronomids and scuds but will eat stones, leeches and dries.just not as much.
stick to bright cronomids there not as picky as the trout can sometimes be.
like blackheads and yellow bodys with gold ribbin?
redhead yellow body black ribbing?
the possiblitys are endless and wont be too picky just stay close to bottom. or follow where the cronomids are. could be suspended.
sizes 18-26
right now id be using a size 22.

Does anyone know if redbone riased is still around somewhere? I live near him somewhere and I'm looking for a good place to fish. He must have done something terrible to get kicked off a fishing forum. Or maybe someone is a little too sensitive. Whatever it is I would like to talk to him.
