Default AquaView HD7I

Bought this new a short time ago and have tried it twice now but not seeing the results I was hoping for in the picture quality. The picture seems really grainy and no colour.
Does anyone with this camera have any tips/tricks for set up valves on brightness, Color,……?

New to using cameras, maybe I just need more time to set it up?

Thanks and tight lines!

It really depends on the light levels underneath the water. On 4 - 6 inches of clear ice, with no snow, in full sunlight and you will get that 1080p quality. Other than that it can get pretty grainy especially if your water quality is at all dirty.

Clearing the snow around the hole may help during the day.

Thanks, the water is really dirty right now on Buffalo Lake.
Do you find that you need to change the settings often for different days, or can you keep it set to one setting?

I bought one of those and swapped the unit out for 3 new ones before I just returned it and got a Marcum. The video quality was terrible on every one.

It seems like mostly you have to fidget with this brightness. You can have two different display options, one for darker days and one for lighter, but to get the best results it would likely have to be a daily tinker.
