Default Beaver Lake Near Caroline
Has anyone ever fished this lake and if so how is it? I am camping up there with family this weekend and was wondering if I should throw the fly rod in.
Any advice on the lake would be appreciated.

I fished it during our gathering, there were a lot of fish jumping, saw a few people catch some decent trout on the fly. definitely worthwhile!. No bait allowed, one big and one small fish for the limit. sand boat launch with a decent amount of parking too. have a few pics if you like. let me know

Yeah please send me some pics. Always nice to know as much about a lake as possible before you get there. Also, if I am fishing from shore with my waders, is fishable or is it still pretty tight to shore or to deep for wading?

they were jumping pretty close to shore, right off the launch, I was in a canoe, not sure how deep it was tho
