Do these count? I am battling an infestation of these around the garden. I only wish I had Richardson Geound Squirrel “Gophers” I could shoot those. These pocket gophers are a challenge

Over 50 standing in one spot in the field over about 45 minutes between 3 colonies I guess. It was hilarious that they just kept coming! I kept pulling the rifle up on gophers then realizing they were the dead ones I’d already shot.

On our way to my boys Muay Thai class I swerved to hit one. My boy banged his head on the door panel during the manuver but we got the gopher

Tough slugging in tall grass, but the kids managed their first gophers ever.

I hear you on the mosquitoes Dean. One bad thing about the bit of rain we've been getting.

Mosquito's weren't too bad but went out a little early. Started out slow but they eventually started coming out a lot more.

The boy and I got in a couple hours, weren't as plentiful but used some CCI Stinger .22lr rounds. Those things did quite a bit of damage.

How's the wainwright area looking for gophers this year? Heading down next weekend to knock on a few doors and ask for permission.
