meat is quite good. I found putting roast in slow cooker with a sliced onion was the best

Pictures are a year old.
my old boss kept seeing a pig out in his pasture right at last light. He took a few pictures and thought it was kinda cool. After a few weeks of seeing one more started to show up. They were becoming more comfortable and began coming around the house and rooting around in the yard and kids sand box. Not to mention destroying half the round bales in the stack yard. So he asked for some help. i dont know the exact number but i think there were close to 12 pigs taken within a 5 mile radius of his place.

used my Winchester model 70 in 270 cal . it did thejob ok. But those are tough animals. What i couldnt believe was how fast a knife would dull on the hair. It was like he had a wire brush for a coat
