Default Surprised

Caught me off guard on the puck forum when I saw it pasted in and your AO handle attached. I guess there are others on this board that frequent there too.

After watching the last two flames games, i'm really disillusioned... they dont look motivated at all, considering they are at risk of losing a playoff spot. The St Louis then Edmonton games left me way less than excited for their chances. In each game I saw chances for breakaways, or good shots on net squandered because a player didnt make an extra effort. Also, I dont see a lot of emotion behind the bench... it looks like a yawn fest.

Nope... Ive played hockey all my life, and believe me, I can recognise wasted opportunities. They won against Edmonton, but they look nothing like a hungry team to me. I hope I'm wrong, 04 was close to the most fun I've had watching hockey.

Yeah...I see that...Anything to add to a Flames forum looking for the inside scoop...LOL...Unfortunately, having an MRI done yesterday was no secret as Global reported the same thing..and of course, no personal information was shared....These kind of idiots are hard core fans and have nothing better to do than sit on their keyboard all day...

If you guys are talking about Calgarypuck I have a question.....what is with the major inferiority complex in that place when it comes to the Oilers? At any given time they have as many oiler bashing threads than anything constructive going on?

What do Flames fans do after they win a game?

Turn off their X-Box.

No way they take them lightly. This is a massive battle for #3 in the pacific. What i wouldn't give for tickets to the game against the Kings.

Calgary beats the Yotes
Kings beat the Oilers

Calgary Vrs the Kings for 3rd! Loser might be in the wildcard.

It's a best of 3 between Kings and Flames basically....Flames have the tougher last game matchup though because the Jets are hungry and dangerous too. They won't be fooling about with the Coyotes. The LA Flames game is going to be rough, the Kings are going to be looking to pound us with their size. Going to get ugly. That's my only prediction.....

I can feel the love in Calgary. Edmonton just feels..well...like golfing.

Great job Flames. Proved that teams win on team work, hard work, tenacity and skill. Coaching must of helped also.
