Don't wish them any bad luck but if this goes ahead maybe their stock will tank or disappear like a fickle fashion label.

Just maybe, they will be looking to buy every coyote that they can get their hands on before the 2022 deadline.

There might even be other people today doing the same for their deadlines. This year was nuts!!! Deadlines deadlines deadlines... everybody gots deadlines.

I even have a deadline, get your coyotes here NOW, as in RIGHT NOW if you still want to sell them. You have until Saturday.

Not buying any other species unless it's skunks... or a nice AB coon for a hat, or a pretty wolf!

They said they are no longer buying from trappers, and only using fur that already exists in the supply chain.
I think someone needs to incorporate a company called "fur reclamation solutions" or some other such nonsense.
They can "dirty" themselves by buying from trappers, and canada goose will just have receipts from hippy friendly sounding companies.
"Renewable fur forever".
That one sounds promising.
Or call it organic fur...

To me this sounds like nothing more than a feel good PR stunt. I don’t think that they’ll be able to scrounge enough used hood trim to effect the fur market that much. Maybe if they made all their trim interchangeable with snaps or a zipper it would encourage people to buy just the parka and reuse the trim? Either way, I don’t think that it’ll reduce their fur buying significantly......maybe a little though.

Awesome, my full length coat coat is now worth $1500. I’ll call Canada Goose in the morning.

An interview with Canada Goose Vice-president Gavin Thompson clarifying CG’s position on using fur and reclaimed fur.

Like the part where he mentions storage full of fur. That’s the truth right there. Wait and see and the old stand by. It will be better next year ha!

Guys appear we may be loosing the best money $$ maker pelt on the trapline. What could be worse. I always thought reclaimed fur was similar to a rubbed coyote.
