Default Spray lake campground closure Aug 25

For those who love to fish and boat from the campground at Spray Lakes, heads up it closes for the season Aug 25. Sadly, most current lakeside sites will permanently close. All sites from about #16 at the water pump all the way to the day use area will be permanently closed. New densified sites will be built this fall closer to the campground entrance....

WTH is this nonsense? Don’t we get charged now to get into k-country (on the premise of better campgrounds/more facilities)? Source? Sadly, doesn’t surprise me though, sounds like a bit of a dens”ified” idea. The whole k-pass idea is bunk to begin with.
