Looking for a lake lot...any recommendations

Hey Guys,

I posted earlier about buying a lake lot at Lac Sante. Where would you guys recommend looking as well. Keep in mind fishing, atv/snowmobile, and lakefront are important factors.

I was thinking something within about 1.5hrs of Edmonton. Family would have a tough time travelling more than that.
