Default Any Top Water and North and Central Alberta Lakes?

Hi Guys,
Wondering how the top water(flood water) is on central Alberta lakes. With all the recent snow and minimal ice I assume the weight is causing some flooding??? Trying to get our this weekend again and get the new ice auger going. Just wondering if Sorels are gonna work of if the insulated rubber boots are a must.

The lakes I've been to around Fairview and Gp are all flooded. I'd recomend bringing the rubbers.

Yes there is flood ice over here and lots of the lake with out which is normal but its getting very cold so the flood ice will slowly shrink .. just be careful and know your lake or follow the tracks
