Nature Vision is the parent company for Aqua-Vu and Nature Vision purchased Marcum, so now at the end of the day, they are not too worried which one you buy! I have had numerous Aqua-Vu models since they have come out and they have been great. This year I will be using a Aqua-vu MAV on my boat and am really looking forward to it. Chris K
How much are you looking at spending? Since nature vision (aqua vu) bought marcum, they dropped the more affordable models from the marcum lineup (<$400)... which really sucks because they were the best on the market. I don't know how the expensive models compare.
I bought a Cabelas u/w camera. Works just as well as the Aqua-vu that costs over 100$ more. Order from cabelas.ca, thier prices are almost on par with the US cabelas, but in CDN funds, so no exchange rate raping.
