Took the niece and nephew out to PCR yesterday morning. My boys didn't come because their beds were way too cozy. They missed out on a whole bunch of interesting people and a great day. Especially the pike that made a lunge at the one walleye on the hook.
Niece got skunked on everything she tried, but our neighbour on the dock and myself let her reel a couple in and she was very eager to help take the hook out of all the ones I brought in.
If my boys had come out, I'm sure we would have been there all day with kids playing on the beach when they were bored of fishing. Niece complained that there was nobody to play with when she took a break from fishing.
