This link is for a live streaming video from the ISS....external and internal views (internal when the crew is on-duty). Also has live audio between the crew and ground. There is a sunrise or set every 45 min as the orbit time is 90 min and its really cool to see. When it in darkness, the video will appear to be black, but often you can see lights of cities and lightning shows that are pretty awesome.
These 2 links below are for different trackers of current location of ISS. One is wider scale and the other is more detailed. It helps so you know what your seeing on the live stream
I should also mention that occasionally when there is a comm blackout, it just goes to a blue screen on the video or a map of the current position...if this happens, just check back in 20min or so and the vid should be restored.
