Default Winchell Lake

Fished Winchell on Saturday for about 3 hours, not a bite. Does this lake get fished out, or were they just not biting? Does it winterkill this early in the season?

I learned the joys of setting up an IceCube by yourself for the first time.

It always slows down at this time of year, likely do to fish out. No winterkill, just too many people. Fishing was so good there this summer and fall, I'm not surprised but this is a bit eariler than usual. Most years it takes until Feb.
