Default Cavan is dead

Alright.
The reports say that it was stocked this spring. Dad and I have always caught nice bows through the ice up until today.
It was our first trip out. Arived at 11. Access is POOR as we had to walked across the snow drifted road and through the campsites to get to the lake. We fished everywhere on the lake and had NO BITES. Lots of water critters though. The water was VERY MIRKY, and stinky at times.
My thoughts are that the lakes has now become so low, that it has been winter killed. The deepest spot we found was 6ft, and the ice around 2ft thick.

Thought i would share this with everyone although it is a lightly fished lake.
