Default Mathews 2015 Line up...No Cam

Interesting but more a target bow...

Sparta, Wisconsin– Mathews® Archery, Inc. launches two new bows with all-new NO CAM ST™ Technology. This innovative new system utilizes two circular and concentric string tracks to create a balanced system with a radically smooth draw cycle and straight and level nock travel for superior accuracy.
Driven by NO CAM ST™ Technology, the all-new NO CAM™ HTR is a truly integrated system featuring shorter, more rigid quad limbs, a less-reflexed riser, twin Harmonic Stabilizers™ and our patented Focus Grip™. Reaching speeds up to 330 feet per second, the NO CAM™ HTR measures 32” axle-to-axle with a 6 5/8” brace height. RockMods™ come standard on the NO CAM™ HTR and are available in 65%, 75% and 85% let-off. The innovative new bow comes in five exclusive finishes, including the new Stone Tactical and Lost Camo® OT.

NO CAM ST™ Technology created such a balanced and accurate system that it also drove the design of a new target bow, the NO CAM™ TRG. In addition to the new NO CAM ST™ Technology, the NO CAM™ TRG features a less-reflexed riser with new cut-outs for added strength and stability. Twin Harmonic Stabilizers™ are also tuned to the system’s 38” axle-to-axle frame. It’s available in 7, 8 or 9 inch brace heights and four exclusive finishes, including the new Black Anthem. RockMods™ also provide a solid back wall and further customization; offering either 65% or 75% let- off. With all these options, setting up a bow to fit even the most discriminating shooter’s needs has never been easier.

Along with the new NO CAM™ bows, Mathews® also introduced a new high performance dual-cam bow, the Chill® X Pro, and the Z2™ a new value option in the Solocam® line.

Visit mathewsinc.com for details on all the new 2015 models, as well as an exclusive look inside the Mathews® Test Facility and the creation of NO CAM ST™ Technology. ###

Default Nice wall hanger

I have this bow from from the 1900's

anyone wanna buy it?

what they really should of done was found another material for the limbs that could store more energy with less effort and produce a faster bow or something along those lines.

I almost feel bad for Mathews.....kind of like a kid who invents a "new" game with two teams, two nets, everyone has a stick and they try to score the puck in each others net....they call it "Frozen Water Hockey".....it's the brand new thing!

Haven't been into archery very long but I know a lot of people complained about mathews not listening to customers, not being innovative etc. so at least they did something different, even if it's really just an old technology redone. Who knows, maybe people will like it.

I wouldn't feel to bad for them Lefty I am sure they will sell a tone of these bows. I am excited to shoot the HTR I think it looks sweet! It's funny that people scream for something new and soon as they put it out people just can't wait to be the first to bash it.

Might be old technology, but they'll still sell tons of them and I'm sure it will be a quality bow, even if it's not everyone's thing. I'd try one but I promised myself I wouldn't look at other bows after we ordered my nitrum, unfortunately I do have to buy Christmas presents for my family too. Still like to look at them online though.

I think we are looking at this wrong...its not really old technology...we had the stone wheel thousands of years ago...we now have rubber tires...yes the old stone ones didnt go flat but we sure can go a lot faster now... lol

Meaning it is in fact inovative !!!

No huge roll over...The creed was like walking into a brick wall for myself

This bow shouldnt have a huge roll over, valley and slam into the wall!!!

It's a new riser and a new cam design for Mathews. Yes it might be similar to old technology but defiantly not the same, I don't think old round wheel bows where doing 330fps. What do you expect they should do? Put out a carbon riser like Hoyt and bowtech? That would be cool but then thats old tech as well since high country did it years and years ago. Maybe a binary cam system? But the. You would say they are ripping off Bowtech and should have come out with something new. I have a feeling you would be bashing what ever they put out. Haters going to hate I guess.

I think he was just poking fun guys. We all know, when it comes to archery people like what they like and can get pretty defensive. Like that post about the grim reapers being junk. Easy to get a reaction out of archery guys.
