Had some luck last weekend with perch, but most of them were really small. Kept a couple that were a decent size.

Cheers

driving is good... mostly hard pack... not much snow on the lake... couple inches... the boat launch is a bit sketch, but no problem with a 4x4...

I've never caught a walleye there, haven't seen any either. Last time we fished there it was really slow but fish were everywhere, just not biting. Haven't decided where to go this saturday yet but this is a definite possibility.

We left our truck on shore and packed the sleds out today. Had alot of bites but I only managed to land 3 perch, only one was worth keeping. The fish were smarter than me today, didnt get my hook set in time. It was a Beautiful day. Kelly got skunked. We were the only ones there all day fishing and two sleds zoomed across and that was it.

I'm not sure, we went into from the resort and straight out. Left truck on shore at resort and rode sleds out. We left at about 2 and were only ones there.
why??
