Last summer it seemed quite a few folks on the lake were from you neck of the woods.
No, I'm talking about 3 years ago it was fantastic for C&R pike and not too bad for C&R walleye. Then it went completely cloudy. I'm guessing that the lakes phosphorus levels went too high. I've haven't fished it for 2 years and I'm curious if conditions have improved.

Upper Mann, done. Nothing more than a glorified slough. Drilled some holes in the ice last year where I knew to be the deepest. Maybe 18/19 FOW of water then when it used to be 27 FOW. Water was a darker green when it came out on the ice and stunk. Dropped a cam down and had about 3 inches of visibility. Done. I suspect Lower Mann has fared the same but I haven't been there in 12 years.

My mistake. I thought it was Pinehurst. But it's actually Pigeon Lake soup class A. I'll try to get them before the water get's gross.

Me too. And these suckers can enjoy their one feed of fish while we feast on plentiful Walleye feasts!

Glad I have family in Sask still cause Walleye fishing here sucks...

Dumb question; I've never applied for a draw before. If it says "not drawn" I take it that I didn't get one?

That would be correct. But depending on where you wanted to go maybe not all is lost because you are now free to buy undersubscribed Special Walleye Licences. You can go the URL below for more info and Special Licence availability starting 9 am May the 10th.

Good Luck to you this season.
