Yes it was, Im hoping it is considered a public threat, this tool needs to spend some time behind bars and meet some real "tools" so he can see just how tough he really is. I didnt know the EPS Chief was a female, otherwise how could this winner give him a kick in the ....if he ever meets the chief?
