LOL 😂 I hope for $720k that 1/4 comes with a nice lil log home move in ready.
More like $1000/acre for bush quarters.
This is for 10 acres near Beaver Mines

an acreage, probably beside a gravel road(access), with amenities(beaver mines) near by, in an area where gas and electric can easily be connected.

in a developed(developing) tourist area.

sounds about right.

not a bog 15 miles from nowhere.

but yes, probably no less than 100-150K a quarter(north country),

Just making a point about the cost of land with good mule deer habitat (which really seems to be the crux of this thread). Ill bet the prairie land that have those big beautiful muley-laden coulees we see on TV so often isn't cheap either, and they can be in the middle of nowhere as well....I've never hunted bogs for mule deer.

Again, just pointing it out to our friend that was laughing at the thought of $4,500/acre land.

I guess I have zero interest in buying a $720K quarter that’s commuting distance to Calgary.
The price of land has been increasing substantially last 5 years(kinda strange given the state of economy?) but still lots of quarters to be found well under $200K north-central AB.
