Default AlbertaRelm - Internet Browser Issue

Just tried to get onto AlbertaRelm - the new site and no one with my information.

Call into the help line and he verifies all my information is on the system correctly that I am trying to put in.

He says the issue will probably be my internet browser (I Have a MAC and Safari)

He also says it will only work with Internet Explorer

Says Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome won't allow it to work correctly.

Anyone else having these issues or have the same issue with a MAC computer and safari?

I run Safari with no issue. But tell the fool that if that is the case they had better get it fixed.

I have accessed the site with Internet Explorer and Firefox and both worked fine.

My first time on, the system didn't recognize me and then I found out I needed to click the First time user button instead of trying to log-in to start. My error.

The site has changed since then. Make sure you select the Not Registered option for your first time on the new site.

Good Luck.

Working fine on my Mac with Safari as well I pad. Odd as it sounds I have yet to have a problem with the new site and kind of like it. IBM was the ****s, once this is up and running I think it will be great.

Chrome works fine, but I am still leery about this new draw system.

I called back today....and the issue is not the web browser....the guy on the tech line last night knew nothing. Got a much better lady today and she my questions and the issues fixed in no time.

Have checked on both safari and internet explorer today at work and works on both now
