I had forgotten that I had even filmed this fishing outing until I was deleting stuff off of my Camera. It was a fun, quick outting one early morning this past summer. The numbers weren't there, but when you get 3 of the "eyes" out of 4 that are in your province, you can't complain too much...
"eyes" of our province: Walleye, Mooneye, Goldeye, Saugeye(cross between a sauger and walleye....not terribly common, but they are out there)
Here is the video footage of the outing. Some may find it interesting because I have encountered MANY fishermen that can't tell a mooneye from a Goldeye, I tell you how to tell a male mooneye and goldeye from a female one and I show you a horsehair worm and explain a tiny bit about its life cycle.
