Without seeing the bedding, or lack of bedding, or seeing the scope mount configuration, or how the OP sets up to shoot, or how he cares for the rifle, or seeing the rifles crown.
We can pontificate till the river runs dry.
Pictures and or a visit from one of the “round the block crew”, would certainly put this all to rest.

Exactly, we can speculate all that we want, but we don't know the state of the bedding, or possible oil on the bedding surfaces, or even if the action screws are torqued properly, and we don't know anything about the scope mounting, and we don't know how many rounds have been fired through the rifle, or how the barrel was cleaned.

Agree. Have quit responding to these kinds of threads because, 1- not enough info, 2- very little feed back from the OPs as to what steps they have taken, in what order to check out the suggested issues or potential deficiencies. If the guy with the problem can't be bothered providing good info and quality responses to input, why use up the time. At least in the case of this thread the OP is responding to the feedback. 3 - hard to tell from what is in most threads whether the OP really knows what he is looking for when checking crown, bases etc.

How the question is asked, is often more important than the question itself.

The sad thing is, there is probably very few places like this forum, where you can get some really sound advice and technical troubleshooting advice.
I have benefited from lots of experience on this site and learned more here that would have taken me years of trail and error.
Too bad I guess. His loss.
