forestry trunk road

[BGSH]

anyone going out west to the forestry trunk road this spring summer, i always go and its a blast with anything from huge pike at fickle lake, to monster rainbows in levett lake to graylings to whitefish to cutties, what a blast, cant wait to hit nordegg trout ponds as well, there is always a monster rainbow in there as it doesnt winter kill and nice to go cliff jumping in there as well.

I dont go down the trunk road but head to cadomin area for 10 days in July.

i dont think spring the best time to fish it sumer is!

I'll be heading out there as well. just maybe think twice about eating anything from fickle. apparently a well next to the lake contaminated it, and everyone including the government hushed up about it. there was an article about it not too long ago. i'll see if I can find it.
