Default video of my bear

Of the 5 baits out only one has been hit, two bears are on it though.
The bait was hit before the snow and then nothing> they returned last wednesday 4.5" pad and 5.5 pad. I sat friday afternoon and was joined [after school] by a neighborhood teenager, who has became my goto guy for company. His dad drove him out and I met him at the road and walked him in. Pine martens and squirrels carted off the fresh strawberries and mosquitoes hovered precariously overhead. The night was still and warm.
The trailcamera said he came at 8 and sure enough this night was the same.
After 15 minutes I decided to take the 5' boar. I have never shot a bear with my bow and passed on a handfull to his equall..I just wanted to kill one to get the years of regretting not shootin out a the way. Of coarse the vid cam was running and it felt really exciting to finally be at full draw. I know there's a bigger bear hanging around but for now this is the bear I have choosen...plus I can always get another tag or find another teen hunt.
I have finished fleshing and will be tanning him with a acid tan for a beautiful rug mount.
Enjoy the video and have fun in bear country...>>>=========> chain

Thanks guys.

The shot was a smidge high but good enough I guess. Tough to catch both lungs good from a tree There is more down angle than what appears as it is a steep creek ravine but looks almost flat.
I did film more skinning and even the fleshing. With pickle and home tanning as well so maybe I'll have that on the next vid too. See how it turns out first chain
