Loud. Can't say it's any different or brings in more bulls. I can say that the tubes project the sound better than without.

Picked one up this year. It's loud. Comes with a reed but you can remove it and use a mouth reed as well.

i use one, works great. its a little heavy due to being metal but if you struggle with a mouth reed the built in one is pretty easy to use!

It took me a bit to get the hang of it i was putting to much pressure on it once figured out it works good
