Just wondering if anyone else is baiting out in this area&how much sightings
do you have yet.
As well as how much snow is still there or did it all melt all ready?

I'm hunting the west country. Lots of bear tracks....but there was still snow up to my nuts yesterday. Cutlines were the worst where the sunlight couldn't hit. Baits are all active...we just ened to be there at the right place and right time.

Not that the snow is a huge deal...it's just pi$$ing me off that every day off I have since April 2...it has snowed sideways the first day of my days off and I can only really hunt half the time I was planning to. My baits have been getting hit since the first week of April sometime. Stupid magpies and ravens keep setting off my trailcamera too.

No snow in Grande Prairie. South of Grande Prairie, East of #43 it's bare, but still some snow on the West side towards 2 Lakes. Haven't been as far south as Grande Cache in the past week, but I'd imagine whatever they got is melting fast. Bears are out and about, especially in the afternoons.
