Default Pigs in Alberta

Saw a story about the Gov't in Alberta listing wild pigs as pests allowing the unlimited shooting of them.

Anybody know where I can find some around Red Deer?

should add wild horses to that list, or at least some kind of control measures...
i heard of wild hogs out by clive/joffre area, seen the poop, but not the maker of it.

I would love to be able to find a place to set up a treestand around central alberta and try for a pig with my bow. I've heard baiting with potatoes is the best way to do this.

You're not suggesting people shoot them right on the farm, are you? I don't think Ed would appreciate that.

Default Sundre

Perfect, I have access to a farm in Sundre. Guess I'll have to keep my eyes open while I'm chasing gophers and coyotes.
