To complete the change we need 2 more folding type show tables for the tents.....THANK YOU HIGH RIVER FISH AND GAME CLUB AND TWH OILFIELD SERVICES for the tents

2 tables are being loaned to us from the Fishin Hole and Kelly will bring them out. We need a total of 4.

Does anyone have room in their truck to bring out their barbque and propane for cooking hotdogs?

We also need one of those hand pumps that works with a bottled water jug

Anyone coming in a fancy Gortex coat that will mind a pin on name tag. First name only , so the kids dont call us Hey You?

I spoke to kacie from the Airdrie club today.....she will have all 40 of her kids labelled, first names only.

if someone can volunteer to pick up the barrels of juice at high river macdonalds for us at 6am, I can free up Mike. We could really use the Big Guy on the setup rather than picking up juice.

Sorry about that. I did not realize PMs has a 30 minutes restriction. I will be there for the 6 a.m. start.

I'm hoping to see a list of volunteer designation to their teams. Maybe TFG and Dago can help out with this. As I have committed to a few resources, e.g. the drill team, grid setting, set up, I don't want to double book to events that are happening concurrently.

EDIT.... It's best that I don't stop at McDonald's anyways. I would have purchased some Sausage and Egg McMuffins and saved them for fishing. By doing that however,I might have been subjected to a McMugging at PCR and been forced to break out my cane.
