Beautiful game by Nurse. Still the highest plus minus NHL Dman playing in Alberta.

34 pts to boot

What a game. Great to see Boston lose one in their own barn finally.

That’s a big win for our team. It’s pretty weird knowing we are a team that when healthy, can beat anybody else on any given night. Been so long that you just expect bad things. Bjugstad on the ice in the last minute taking a short handed face off to Skinner’s right, and cleanly winning the draw, coupled with Ekholm’s stellar play all night long, and the icing on top being young Mr. Skinner slamming the door after allowing the first shot and the last shot of the first period to tickle twine. That rookie has some serious grit and composure.

OILERS FANS, WE NEED TO SAVOUR EVERY SPECIAL MINUTE OF WATCHING THIS TEAM.

Only 1 team can win Lord Stanley, but we are watching greatness on a nightly basis.

Yup Great game by nurse, he had more shots on net tonight than Connor and Leon combined

Did everyone else gulp when McJesus went down? Seems like he’ll be alright thankfully. Big character win. Skinner probably wanted those 2 goals back but was solid otherwise.

All Oiler fans gave up one of their 9 lives when 97 went down. A friendly to boot. Sheessh

I read that the Bruins had not lost in regulation after they scored first this season until tonight. Wow!

I think he's been our #1 for a while, now it's solidified.

What a HUGE win that was against the best team in the NHL.

The B's are lights out at home. And we just beat em.

I enjoyed the talking heads in between periods talking about this being a SCF preview. I'd take that.

Anybody wants to put money on the Oilers beating the Bruins in the Stanley Cup final, I'm your huckleberry....

Not just a win but a comeback win. Builds character and brings a team together like no other. Especially against a powerhouse like the B’s….

Going to be tough to balance the remaining games as far as the tenders. Can’t ride the wheels off Skinner but its not great having to play Campbell in a few of these games where every point matters but they will have to put him in at some point I guess.

Psychologically would Campbell be up to the task beating his old team? Put him in for the leafs?? Maybe he raises himself to show up his old squad?? I dunno…

Beauty win regardless…

Ya get a win and some say bring on the playoffs but you forget it’s the best of seven in which the Bruins win and move on.

Oilers hockey season = Golf season

Any way you look at it, after a bruins/oiler series, Boston will be golfing.

16 games to go yet, lots can happen before the playoff teams are even decided, way to early to try to figure out who plays who in the finals boys

Does either team have the goaltending to even get to the finals?

Sounds like that collision may have taken 97 out for a bit. Sounds like he might be sidelined Saturday with a LBI

As far as the Bruins go, they have 49 wins and 9 losses with 103 pts. What do you think?

Bruins? Heck yes, Ullmark is #1 in all stats last I looked. He is the full meal deal. There is a reason Bruins are #1, quite apart from tending. Solid front to back.

No chance you start Campbell tonight. Honestly, at this point Campbell might be an off season project. I bet we see Campbell for the Arizona game on the 27th that is the first half of the back to back, and then maybe one or two of the three remaining games against the Sharks, and that's it.

Oilers weren’t the better team in the first two periods however they weren’t far behind either. Depth scoring great. Goaltending… okay. Defence… seemed much improved.

Pundits suggesting Oilers Boston Stanley Cup final hopeful are right.

Some entertaining hockey there.

Do you guy's know something about the schedule that isn't listed, the Oilers don't play tonight according to the schedule, their next game is tomorrow night in Toronto

I think they meant starting for the South Side Athletic Club Bantam A team vs CAC.

Bruins do. Oilers could if the skaters can put up 8 goals per game.

Oilers need to make the playoffs first.

Pay no heed to Elk11. He quit watching hockey when Serge Savard hung em up.
