Yup...best bait often...especially for kids. My record is 102 perch on one eyeball before changing.

The guys killing them are using the marmish with .5 lb or 1 lb line and tiny tungsten bead hooks with small chunks of worm or a little piece of white or yellow or black rubber band.

Unbelievable to watch.

So spent 2 hours...cleaned my three mealworm farms out. Separated the beetles into their own nursery container...then split up the mealworms. They have fresh food and space to grow.

Perch here we come!

don't use potatoes for moisture

Carrots are better.

I tried one with potatoes...one with carrots.

Potatoes go moldy and rot very quickly. Carrots...way better.

I got a good crop growing for the impending perch season...go worms go!
