Athabasca river in jasper.

Hi im wondering if the river is running high and muddy in the park will i still have a chance at cathing some bulls with colorful streamers cause im a dry fly fisherman and i dont fish when its muddy btu this time im after some bulls and im pretty sure its gonna be dirty when im there so ya just some advice if i should give it a try and what flies to use.
