upload photo for firearms license

Trying to fill out my firearms license renewal form on line but have never uploaded a photo. Is there any simple instructions for an old guy on how to do this. Thanks

I take a photo with my iPhone and email it to myself and use that one. You can do the same if you use android

Thanks what you said worked. Once I got the photo on email I had to save it to a file. Then was able to insert the file where they wanted the picture.
