Laying on the couch waiting for my corn chowder to finish cooking in the crock pot, I caramelized onions and mushrooms with the bacon before adding them to the pot, smells delicious!

Spiral cut ham ,15 lbs ,just heated for 1.5 hr in ginger ale ,,dry as dry could be ,,.very disapointed,good think, amazing shredded hash brown casserole.

Last night was epic, a family Day meal. Wifes best lasagnia , smoked pork ribs and spicy chicken wings. Had 15 adults and 3 grandkids over. It went very well.

Left over Safeway baked chickens (2) simmered for 5 hours, add some spices, veggies, thicken,dumplings,,love it
