Heartbreaker for the Jets tonight. They dominated the whole game and lose with 25 seconds left. Brutal loss.

Jets seem to have found their groove, but yeah that was a lucky goal there. Ugly ones count too. Turned into a good series.

Sharks are battling.

I don't know how they dominated the whole game, first two periods maybe but the Blues had them on their heels for the majority of the third period. They went into the third up 2-0 and St. Louis scored 3 in the third so again I don't how the Jets dominated the whole game.

Hmmmm some people see whole as 2/3rds......or 66 ish percent......but those are the weirdo's that stand during a hockey game

Bruins vs Leafs.......BORING! This is what happens when the snowflakes whine about the game being too rough. The players are afraid to play hockey because they know that the Refs are under pressure to call everything. Kyprios was being very polite when he said that there was more intensity in other series. Ya think?

That coaches review on the first Toronto goal should not have counted. If he was Tkachuck no way in H**L that goal counts. Toronto reviewing Leafs calls???? HHmmmm

Well I am making a bold prediction....Calgary wakes up.....and wins the next 3 games.

The second line will step up and shut down McKinnon s line.

Smith will get shutout.

5-0 for Flames tonight!

Exactly, text book GT Interference. Refs are way to involved in this years playoffs. My opinion.

Or not at all, when buddy crashes into Smith last game, takes him out, no penalty. It was pretty much text book.

I was rooting for TO because they are a Canadian team but not anymore. They whined and lobbied because the Bruins played too rough and i’m Sure tonight’s snowflake hockey was a direct result of the threat of the Refs cracking down......Refs in the Leafs pocket! Then you get the ridiculous goalie interference non-call coming directly from TO. It seems to me like the ice is tilted in the Leafs favour.

As much as I would like to see a Canadian city go all the way in playoffs, I can't bring myself to cheer for the Toronto Maple Leafs. I don't really care who wins as long as they Leafs lose.

The Flames have only won 1 playoff series since 2004/05....

Every other team in the West has at least 2 series wins. In same time frame.

They have went out 9 times in first round out of 11 tries since winning cup in 89.

Lol ....been a fan since the battle of Alberta started in the 80s.

If Gretzky hadn't been traded they NEVER would have won in 89.

They should have also won in 04....but were beat by the officiating.

Franchise is jinxed in the playoffs.

toronto had 1 power play last night and it was a too many men call which they kind of have to call when there is 6 players skating around. Leafs have had the least amount of power plays out of any team in the NHL all year. these playoffs the leafs have had 11 powerplays and boston has had 14(pretty even), compare that to the avalanche who have had 25 and the flames 22 so if you want to talk snowflake hockey might want to look at the western conference. so saying the refs are in the leafs pockets is absolutely ridiculous. that being said that goal should have been called back as its been called back in every single review i have watched this year so they must have assumed rask wasn't making the save, just like the goal in STL where they assumed the puck would have went in the net even though it was off the pegs...kind of a stupid way of making calls in my opinion

Man, the Blues are playing really well tonight. The only reason they are only up by 1 is Hellybyuck is standing on his head...

If it goes Blues and Vegas next round, that's gonna be one heck of a series.

You don't really expect a light, small team like the Jets to make it past the first round do you? Everybody knows for the playoffs, you need a big and heavy team.

Or so say all the experts coming out of the woodwork in the Flames thread.

Blues made the Jets run in circles durin the 3rd period last game, and have continued to be the better team throughout tonights game. Jets forwards are excellent but their defense has been exposed.

Blues are playing top notch hockey, Jets are frustrated..regardless of the outcome it has been a much better series to watch than TO and Bos. Yawn..

Jets look so defeated. That Blues team is just dominant in all zones.

Talk about year of the underdogs though. Pitt swept, TB swept, Flames gone, Jets gone...

And Dallas, Vegas, and Toronto leading in their series. It's very possible only two top teams make it out of the first round.

What the hell did Jaden Schwartz eat for lunch today?! The guy is possessed. He's the same size as me - 5'10/190lbs (and I'm sure we're about the same finess level )but tonight he's punching well above his weight class!

Good ol' Wilcox Saskatchewan product!

Or maybe even only 1, if Carolina pulls off an upset... I think Nashville is done.
