Can't think of any that aren't. Check the regulations to be sure.

Most are but there are the odd exceptions(Muir doesn't open until May 1 for example).

Pages 16 and 17 of the new regs list the trout ponds that are open all year. If the lake isn't on that list you need to find it in the correct zone section and confirm season dates.
