Westin Lagunamar beach resort-Cancun

Many on this board ask for help with fishing tours, hotels, etc. My wife and I and another couple are presenting visiting Cancun and staying at the Westin Lagunamar Beach Resort. Very nice indeed. Today was our 37th wedding anniversary so I planned something special—Romantic Dinner on the Beach. Fantastic is all I can say. Exceeded all expectations as far as the setup and meal was concerned. So we get back to our room and find another surprise. Decorations, cards, and the swans on the bed with flowers, etc. Wow. Would fully recommend this place.
Only negatives encountered are the aggressive store owners at some of the local stores. But then, as you know, that is Mexico. Hope this helps. BEL
