Picked up a VP210 at Cedarlane for a 20% discount earlier this year and absolutely no regrets. My neighbour used it for his deer, we use it for home made bacon primarily. We've used it for leftovers, soup, and brines. Also works great for breaking up Costco packs of ground beef and whole chickens. I can go as large as 10x16. Bags are around 6 cents each, but the machine costs a bit and man is it heavy! It has a fixed spot in my basement, where I take my food to it!

Got sick of buying a new machine every two years plus a small fortune in bags.
