Not a bad idea, I’m sure that some loophole could be found. Especially egregious is the Chinese governments attempts at interference with our legal processes. They’ve crossed numerous lines such that she should be in protective custody for her own safety and to ensure she does not flee the country. Maybe put her in a jail with a fentanyl problem (ironic, considering that the fentanyl also originates from China)
