Sask has screwed up system as well....

IMHO

Elk,Moose,Mule Deer and Antelope should ALL be draw.

And when your drawn for 1 species your done....that's your "hunt" for the year.

Too many guys want to fill all their tags and there is not enough animals to go around.

It's all about selling tags and revenue.

I am pretty sure Americans can get guided Moose hunts in Northern Provincial Forest?

To my understanding that is correct and is still allowing access. But do remember why that was granted in the first place.

This is a little different than if they're using landowner tags, they are booking in advance with a registered Outfitter which is totally legal.

So what’s the big issue? I think it’s great for Alberta to get some TV publicity as well as Americans coming and spending their dollars up here.

Other than money paid to an outfitter I doubt they spend much if any money here in Alberta..It is common practice for a TV hunt being the compensation to the outfitter to pay for a hunt as advertising...

When it comes down to it, what should have happened, and maybe it did but this outfitter should have had a chance to see a pre roll of the show. If he had of I’m sure he would have corrected Lee’s poor terminology and this thread would never have even surfaced.
