Default nosler partition 165g in 30-06

Anybody have a go to load using either IMR 4350 or IMR 4064.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

There ya go. From Nosler's web site. Pick your favourite powder or whatever you have on hand that matches the list and build some loads. Remember - start low build up.

165 gr Partitions and IMR 4350 go together like peas and carrots. Have used this combination out of my 30-06 with very accurate results. Nosler's Manual should give your starting point so you can work up a load.

Start at 56 gr. of IMR4350, and work up your load in 0.5 gr. steps, watching for tell tale signs of high pressure. Once the signs are noticed back off 1.0 gr.

Default think

56 grains of IMR 4350 is my go to load for the 30-06 with a 165 Nosler partition but I also thought 57 was max so I wouldn't start at 56

Oh snap!
Typo alert!
That should read 54 gr. as a starting load.
My apologies.

This brings up a good point.

Always confirm loads that you get from anonymous sources, with reputable published data.

It's easy to get given a bum load, even through a typographical error.
