Default Lake Trout

Is there commercially-caught Lake Trout available in Alberta? I've never tried eating any, and I don't have a boat to go out on deep cold lakes. Do any fish markets sell Lake Trout, along the lines of the Manitoba Pickerel in Billingsgate?

Maybe give them a call , I'm pretty sure I saw lake trout in there .

You know I'm wanting to head to cold lake this summer for a day or 3 . I'll keep them and give them to you . Not a fan of lakers .
