There were some eggs in the crates with the release program hens. This impatient one had pipped just before being moved into the hatcher.

Fall all is drawing near, and thoughts are turning to hunting there are still some spots left. Come on out to Eastern Alberta and enjoy a day of pheasant hunting!

The hunt is next weekend! Still room for a couple of teams. If you are an individual, register and we will gather a team for you, it never hurts to meet some new friends!

If you can get a team but don’t have a dog, we may be able to find you a dog and handler, give the registration desk a call and we should be able to help you out.

The holding pen is being built tonight, the birds arrive from MacFarlanes on Thursday night. All the planning is coming together.
