What do you guys think, he looks young?

If I see him he may not live another year

Looks young but would be good enough in my books. Good luck. Might be a buck you chase for a few years then get to enjoy the history after you take him

This, he could be a hog in the next two years. A deer like that might explode in inches next year!!

I’d agree with most guys here. 4.5 years old maybe even 3.5. Would be great in a year or two. Book potential if those brow tines grow.

I think he is only 3.5 years. I think he may be very nice in a couple years.

Yeah it's private land, but there is at least one other hunter in there, I have now seen him twice, one day a young buck came out right under my stand, he of course came out to field about 100 yards down, the other day he was out in field with 3 other bucks, I was about 80 yards from them until coyotes ran them off. Rifle season and it's game over, for now keep trying with bow, rattling should be good to go, they are starting to scrap a bit, just matter of time hopefully. Hoping to get few more pics of other bucks. There is at least one other good buck, but he's been evading the cams.

Nice buck! He doesn't look to old to me maybe 3 or 3 and a half. He wouldn't get a pass from me!

Did anyone else notice the ufo in the second pic?

I don’t think he’s muscly enough yet. I’d say 2.5 or 3.5

thats not a 4.5yr old deer. Either a very good 2.5 or a good 3.5. His body looks to me like a 2.5 but rack size would make me thing 3.5. He would take a huge leap in size given another yr I think.

2.5-3.5 tops, I'd be patient and give him 2 years. I'd love to show you my target buck for this year, I have pic's of him from 2014 as a young 2.5-3.5 YRS, in those pics hes 170" deer. I seen his sheds from last spring and he's well over a 190"s. In 2 years that buck you're chasing could posibly be the next Hanson.
