Not the smallest fish I've ever caught, but it is the smallest fish I've caught fishing after 11pm that I've taken a photo of.

Taught my 2.5 y/o son what it was like to harvest and prepare your catch. Fair caught on a tiny hook in a pond some bucket biologist stocked. We had a good chuckle.

I think this one takes the cake. I foul hooked this guy on one of our end of the season trips and just finally got my hands on the picture. Around 1 1/2 inches long and a game fish to boot!
