Just for the Yak of it!

Was supposed to hook up with Samsteele who is out in Cold Lake just hammering the lakers but 30 click winds gusting to 50 had me looking for a smaller lake and get some yak time.
Bought some new gear for our trip to Bakers Narrows next week so why not wet a line and make the most of a windy day. The pike and walleye came out to play which got me blown a little to far out so the trip back was a burner!
Whitecaps and that dam wind, always an adventure!

Nice man! We are going to head out this morning and see if we can find some laker stacks on the leeward shores somewhere. With the wind staying up for the next couple days we need to make the most of it.
