Default Ice on trout ponds around Red Deer

Hello all, I have been working up at Ft Mac for the last three weeks and will be heading home next week. I was wondering if any trout ponds in the area have enough ice to fish safely yet as I have seen that the temperatures have been pleasant down there.

cheers

Yeah, and lots more warm weather all through next week and the real ice killer - full out sunny days.

Thanks all for the replies. Looks like I'll be making sausage then instead of fishing.

cheers
