It's a very tame crowd tonight. If you're going Pesky then this would be a good night.
I'm there and gone.

There is an urgent matter of mounting a downrigger on my boat.

Noticed a good looking dark haired lady sitting against the wall from where behind I was sitting maybe 45? She's not 65 Rumtan, but hey.... Maybe she has an older sister for you. She's got a great smile-has all of her teeth. You better get her number.
Good luck with that. Ha

If I come back, you know why. Great wings!

I was contemplating sneaking in for a frosty one but saw the forecast and think I will hit Wabby and see if the pike want to play.

I know...either it slips my mind or something comes up nthat overrules it.

By the way nobody has given me a straight answer about this initiation business.

Am I to assume that I will need to bring my own chainsaw and hip waders?

The only initiation is you must order 10 mesquite apple butter wings.......no biggie. You dont even have to share. Thats $3.50 you`ll spend. And to be honest its no big deal....just scares off the weak as soon as you mention the word "initiation".

The initiation started the first night I went to wing night....sort of by accident.

I ordered 10 apple butter mesquite wings and when they arrived they had a very distinct smell.....if you are a hunter (which I know you are) you should pick up on it fairly quickly. They are quite tastey but they do smell interesting.

It was decided from there on in all first timers are to get 10 of these wings, you don't have to eat them all but you do have to try them....quite often someone will buy them for you anyhow.

We have since dropped the part were we have to chop your little finger part way off. It was too hard on the fishing knives...... OK who are we kidding?.....its just a friendly meet & greet. Wings & beer and some good lies told over a dimly lit lounge. Can it get better than that?

I think somebody in Calgary tried once or twice, but they weren't able to keep it going.

I'm out tonight. The customer I'm working for is a slave driver. Just because I'm going on holidays Friday he wants everything done ASAP.

Out next week as well, I'll have some wings in osoyoos to make up for it.
